This is because Link is County 僚 Official of 尞 Transformers. He goes and inspects it and then fails the barn for failing to have a suitable 尞 transformer for their business. 亻 Slenderman pleads with Link, the 僚 official, to go easy on them, and tries to bribe him with a lifetime supply of milk.
