[b-] Bart Simpson is in the [4] bathroom of the [-an] pawn shop where he is trying 办 to manage a plumbing crisis caused by one of the customers stuffing the toilet with ハ fins, causing the bathroom to flood (it was probably Bart himself!). Bart, who is a young manager, directs a huge 力 muscular arm 办 to manage the situation by yanking out the old fins one by one. Working together, they 办 manage to avert the plumbing crisis.
