[y-] Yoshi is in the [3] basement of the [-(e)n] infirmary, where his job is to 尹 oversee the many 尹 rakes that are lined up there. A mental patient comes in and tries to grab a 尹 rake, but Yoshi throws an egg at him to deter him.
