[tu-] Tom Cat is [2] inside the [-(e)n] infirmary, sitting on his sick bed, completely paralyzed and wrapped in bandages. On the sick bed next to him Jerry has 屯 stockpiled a bunch of 屯 earthworms. Poor Tom, who can't move, is then force-fed the 屯 earthworms one by one by Jerry until they are 屯 stockpiled into his stomach that has balooned up to a comically large size, the bandages around him bursting at the seams.
