He is 挫 frustrated because a 从 conga line of 扌 fingers (each wearing a small suit and tie) keep on coming in and dumping 土 soil all over the tile floor. Each time he gets it clean, they 挫 frustrate him by dumping more 土 soil. He shoots love arrows at them to no avail.
