He floats atop a 几 table wearing a Red Cross 冖 crown as he floats above the flooded sickroom and other patients struggle to reach his little makeshift raft. However, it begins to 沉 sink and he looks characteristically morose as he 沉 sinks into the flood water below where he will probably drown.
