There are a bunch of 末 dead tress that have poked holes into the pipes, which have started 氵 spraying water everywhere. Mario goes around applying a special 沫 foam to the 末 dead trees to dissolve them, and another 沫 foam to the pipes to stop them from 氵 spraying.
