He takes out and reads aloud a 告 declaration which says this bathroom will now be considered a 窖 cellar for his walking dollhouse creations. The next second, a bunch of walking dollhouses come in and begin to stack themselves in-between the sink and the piles of manure in the corner. This is quite a strange place for a 窖 cellar, though.
