[sh-] Shrek is in the [4] bathroom of the [-(e)n] infirmary where he is feeling really sick in the 肾 kidneys. He collapses onto the tile floor next to the sink and a bunch of doctors come up to him. They prop him onto some 又 folding stools and take out a 刂 saber to cut him open. Lo and behold his 肾 kidneys have turned into two green crescent 月 moons, hence his problem. The doctors stare at Shrek's 月 moon 肾 kidneys wondering what to do to save him.
