He puts a chunk of ghost 冫 ice to serve as the wall for one side, and a gigantic folded up house 欠 bill to serve as the other wall. Then he weaves a bunch of 艹 flowers into a 茨 thatch roof to connect the two makeshift walls. He puts a spooky "ghosts only" sign onto his 茨 thatch fort before floating into it.
