Legolas is on the roof of the electricity plant, where he finds a strange armless child. The armless child runs into him and scuffs his elvish boots. Legolas cannot believe it just did that! So he kicks the armless child off the roof, and it lands in a soft patch in the grass below. Some onlookers, and even Legolas himself, cannot believe he just did such a heartless thing!
