Jimmy Neutron is in front of the English major he recently bought. He is in the process of turning it into the capital of JimmyLand. He places a miniature capitol building on the ground, and then uses his special ray gun to make it grow hundred times in size, crushing the existing English manor and replacing it with this capitol building, forming his new capital.
