Dumbledore is in the bathroom of the beach house on the bay. He is in the middle of going to the bathroom when a muggle, wearing swim trunks and some sunglasses, barges in without knocking. Dumbledore, furious, takes out his wand and converts the muggle into a merman, as punishment for his lack of manners.
