Spongebob asks to join, but they are 嗇 stingy and refuse to let him unless he gives them each a bit of priceless 土 soil. When Spongebob says he does not have it, the 嗇 stingy workers kick him into the 回 whirlpool that is in the corner underneath some hanging electric wires.
