Jimmy Neutron is in the bathroom of the bakery, trying to fix up his cake of a capitol building that was accidentally dropped on the floor. He puts some water on it then shoots it with his ray gun. At once the capitol building cake turns into a mutant, and tries to attack Jimmy.
