Diddy Kong is in the bathroom of the pawn shop, where he is converting into a shack for his own store. He only subleased the bathroom from the owner, yet plans to make a fortune. Why? Any customer at the pawn shop who wants to go to the bathroom has no choice but to enter his store, with the only bathroom around. Unfortunately, the store pretty much is big enough for a toilet, but I guess he plans to sell access to it.
