He only subleased the bathroom from the owner, yet plans to make a 占 fortune. Why? Any customer at the pawn shop who wants to go to the bathroom has no choice but to enter his 店 store, with the only bathroom around. Unfortunately, the 店 store pretty much is big enough for a toilet, but I guess he plans to sell access to it.
