Dracula is in the bathroom of the high school, which is full of abandoned sandals. Dracula builds a small Buddhist temple (of the Vampire Buddha) in the corner, so he can treat each of these sandals with the respect and appreciation they deserve. He puts them in front of the Buddhist temple and then burns a vampire incense stick to treat them the way he would like to be treated.
