[ch-] Charlie Brown is in the [3] basement of the [-e] electricity plant, where he works. The basement, full of wires, is infested with 扌 fingers and 止 feet that hang from the wires. Charlie stumbles around, 扯 yanking each 扌 finger and 止 foot off of the wires, while frowning.
