[qu-] Quasimodo is [2] inside the [-an] pawn shop where he there is a 木 tree. At the top is a 雚 stork that keeps on insulting Quasimodo's hunched back. Quasimodo wants to cut down the 木 tree and kill the 雚 stork, but he lacks the 權 authority to do so. The 雚 stork mocks his lack of 權 authority by continuing to insult him.
