[gu-] Goofy is in [1] front of the [-(e)i] beach house by the bay, trying to 歸 return some 巾 towels and a 彐 fork he accidentally took with him after his stay ended. Out of the front door comes a gnome wearing a 冖 crown, who comes up and takes the 歸 returned items, but also kicks Goofy in the 止 foot for taking them to begin with, before going back into the beach house.
