Yoshi is in the bathroom of the electricity plant, late at night. The bathroom is dark, and he suddenly hears a noise. Slenderman is behind him, so Yoshi takes a lid and cuts off his head. The liquid within Slenderman (it does not seem to be normal blood) sprays everywhere.
