Link is inside the chapel, which is quite hot and dry. Luckily Link recently acquired a portable air conditioner device in the shape of a capitol building. He puts it on the ground and it starts spraying cool water everywhere, making the inside of the chapel more comfortable. Unfortunately the cool water gets on some of the sacred texts, ruining them.
