George Costanza is in the basement of the infirmary, where he is measuring the Red Cross nurse-turkeys that have recently arrived. He takes out a cross and uses that to measure the height and width of each turkey, to make sure they are standard. While doing this, the turkeys spray saliva all over his bald head.
