He uses his plumbing skills to fill a 廿 bucket 滿 full of water from one of the pipes that hangs from the ceiling, then 氵 sprays the contents of the 滿 full bucket all over the 兩 carriage. Mario hopes to restore the 兩 carriage to its 滿 full glory.
