Tarzan is in the bathroom of the electricity plant which is full of cows. Why? Because it has been converted to a special sort of Buddhist temple called the Buddhist Temple of the Electric Cows. Tarzan, urgently needing to go to the bathroom, swings on the power lines attached to the ceiling to get to the urinals at the other end of the bathroom. He doesn't see what is so special about cows...
