[b-] Bart Simpson is in the [4] bathroom of the [-(e)n] infirmary where he finds a 本 notebook of one of the nurses by the sink with some ⺮ bamboo hanging out of it. He gets a permanent marker and writes "笨 STUPID" onto the front of the 本 notebook and steals the ⺮ bamboo from it before putting it in the toilet.
