He hands out 葷 meat or fish to all of the sick patients that are strolling around the infirmary grounds, as his way of giving back to the world. The Hulk believes the best way to recover from illness is to eat a bunch of 葷 meat or fish. The nurses and doctors tear up at his touching intentions.
