[gu-] Goofy is in the [3] basement of the [-o] office building where he is 裹 wrapping a bunch of 果 fruit that he has stored down there so he can sell them to the hungry office workers on their lunch break. He has no normal wrappers, so instead uses pieces of some work 衣 dresses he found stored down there to 裹 wrap the 果 fruit. It's a goofy idea, but maybe it'll work.
