[hu-] The Hulk is [2] inside the [-(e)i] beach house by the bay, blindly following a sandy 辶 road that leads him to one of the rooms. Inside is a 回 whirlpool that he trips into, and is now stuck. He goes around and around and around, 迴 revolving endlessly, unable to escape the 回 whirlpool that is inside the beach house. At least he is wearing his swim trunks and some goggles. Even the strength of the Hulk can only helplessly 迴 revolve when stuck in a 回 whirlpool.
