He can't escape because he is surrounded by electrified 金 metal. More specifically, a bunch of electrified 鐵 iron spades. He wishes for his fairy godparents to submit a 呈 petition to the evil Vicky to let him go. Why doesn't he just wish to be free instead? Not the brightest kid.
