Diddy Kong is in the basement of the pawn shop, looking through piles of junk that is all heavily discounted. He finds one box with a black spot on it, and opens it up. Inside is a fortune of special peanuts. Each peanut has a black spot on it of mold, however. His fortune today is no good.
