[g-] Gandalf is in [1] front of the [-e] electricity plant where he is looking at a 口 mouth that is on top of an electric powered 各 podium giving some speech about electricity. Gandalf can't stop 咯 chuckling at how strange the 口 mouth and his speech is. Even the 口 mouth on the 各 podium thinks it is a bit silly, and 咯 chuckles itself.
