[ju-] Julius Caesar is in [1] front of the [-e] electricity plant where he is hanging out. He stands at the top of a small 厂 cliff near the plant that has a literal electric 丿 slide that goes down and into the plant. Julius is just about to go into the 口 mouth of the 丿 slide when suddenly a mountain goat comes up to him, holding a 欠 bill in its 口 mouth for him. The bill is for trespassing. Caesar 噘 pouts at someone flaunting his absolute authority.
