[ch-] Charlie Brown is [2] inside the sick ward of the [-(e)n] infirmary, resting in his sick bed. Next to his bed is a huge pile of 塵 dust, and a 鹿 deer wearing a white hat with a red cross on it comes up and starts eating it to clean the ward. Once it is done, it throws it back up in the form of 土 soil, all over Charlie Brown's clean bed!
