[f-] Frodo is [2] inside the [-an] pawn shop where he is trying to make a miniature boat to pass the time. He puts a 凡 tray on the display counter and then places a 巾 towel orthogonal to it, serving as a little 帆 sail. Frodo then puts it on top of a second-hand aquarium and blows wind into the 帆 sail, allowing it to move across the water. It reminds him of his past adventures... before he retired to become a pawn shop clerk.
