He wields a single Master 刀 Sword as the bakers have iron tools, 金 metal baking sheets, and 刂 sabers. They all attack Link in 瀏 swift movements, but Link is so 瀏 swift that he is able to easily defeat each baker that comes running at him. Even the one who tried to 氵 spray cooking oil on him is 瀏 swiftly taken down with a swing of Link's 刀 sword.
