[ku-] Koopa Troopa is in [1] front of the [-(e)i] beach house by the bay, trying to create a 盔 helmet. He gets a 皿 dish and places it in the sand, then begins to shoot 火 fire out of his armpit to heat it up to make it malleable. Once done, he forms the 皿 dish into the shape of a 盔 helmet there in the sand.
