[c-] Casper is in the [4] bathroom of the [-e] electricity plant, which he wants to live in. Unfortunately with all of the electric lights and glowing wires, it is too bright. He gets a stick of ⺮ bamboo and wraps it with 朿 thorns as part of his 策 strategy. He then goes around breaking all the wires and lights with his 朿 thorny ⺮ bamboo stick. His 策 strategy works! Now he can relax in the dark while sitting on the toilet lid in one of the stalls.
