[f-] Frodo is in the [3] basement of the [-(e)i] beach house by the bay where he finds a bunch of 羽 feathers in the corner on the sand basement ground. He goes over and finds a 翡 kingfisher wearing 非 prisoner clothes and sitting on the arm of a 非 prisoner. It looks like they are escaped convicts and begin to chase Frodo now that he knows they are down there in the beach house basement.
