Suddenly an escaped 非 prisoner comes up to Frodo and gives him a bunch of 菲 fragrant 艹 flowers before running away. Frodo, confused, takes the 菲 fragrant 艹 flowers and sticks them in the sand next to him so he can enjoy their 菲 fragrance while lying out on the beach.
