He runs up to the 門 saloon doors that has a 閘 floodgate attached to it and shuts it so that the flooded water stays outside of the lobby. He rides atop an 甲 armadillo and goes around trying to shut the other 閘 floodgates so that he can save the performance that is going on. It's a top secret mission.
