Koopa Troopa is in the bathroom of the infirmary, where some sort of mutant tree has taken root. He goes up to it and it grabs Koopa with its mouth. Koopa is now trapped in the mouth of the tree, unable to escape. The doctors and nurses surround him, trying to figure out a way to get him free.
