Xena is in inside the house, sitting on a yoga mat. She is practicing an ancient warrior breathing technique. She breaths in deeply, then out intensely, all through her nose. She does not know the strength of her own breath, and accidentally breathes outward so intensely that her heart comes up through her nose and plops on the yoga mat.
