His 弟 younger brother has a cold so his 涕 snot 氵 sprays all over the tile floor, some of it even hitting Timmy, who immediately gets sick himself. Now Timmy, too, has his 涕 snot 氵 spraying all over the bathroom, making it spotted with nasty green specs.
