Casper is in the bathroom of the electricity plant, which he wants to live in. Unfortunately with all of the electric lights and glowing wires, it is too bright. He gets a stick of bamboo and wraps it with thorns as part of his strategy. He then goes around breaking all the wires and lights with his thorny bamboo stick. His strategy works! Now he can relax in the dark while sitting on the toilet lid in one of the stalls.
