James Bond is in front of the infirmary, having escaped from the clutches of the evil doctors. They chase him around the front of the infirmary with needles in hand, all trying to inject him with a sedative. James Bond has a metal cross in his hand that he swings around, trying to keep the evil doctors at a distance.
