Yoshi is in front of the infirmary, where an alarm has gone off due to some sort of medical mishap. The sound is deafening, so Yoshi buries his head under the ground. It has no effect, as the sound of the alarm still reaches him. And now he is stuck. The doctors try to pull him back up, without success.
