He puts a note into a hand-sized 奇 barrel, puts the 奇 barrel into a 宀 dollhouse, then flushes the 宀 dollhouse down the toilet. If all works correctly, the 宀 dollhouse and the 奇 barrel within it will be 寄 mailed to the address through the sewer system.
