There is a sign on the mirror that says all employees must wash their 扌 fingers before returning to work. He does so and is about to leave when the supervisor says that "扌 fingers" also 括 includes the one in the mouth: the 舌 tongue. Koopa goes and puts soap water in his mouth to comply.
