He takes out of his pocket a strange mutant 扌 finger that has a 舌 tongue that he found tangled in the electricity wires, and 捨 abandons it in the cement floored corner. At the very least, he opens up an umbrella to shelter the 捨 abandoned 舌 tongued 扌 finger.
